To foster a safe and respectful environment for everyone, we have established these Community Guidelines.

By using Akalaverse, you agree to abide by these rules. Our guidelines are rooted in four core principles: Safety, Authenticity, Dignity, and Respect.

We will take action against any content or behavior that violates these guidelines, which may include content removal, account restrictions, or permanent banning. For severe violations, we may also report to law enforcement.

Your physical and emotional safety is our top priority. We do not allow content or activities that threaten, organize, or incite harm.

Violence and Threats: Do not post content that threatens, incites, or glorifies violence against individuals or groups. This includes promoting terrorism or violent extremism.

Dangerous Individuals and Organizations: We ban organizations and individuals that proclaim a violent mission or are engaged in violence, including hate groups and criminal organizations.

Harmful Personal Activities: Do not post content that promotes, glorifies, or encourages suicide, self-harm, or eating disorders. We will connect users searching for such terms with supportive resources.

Illegal Activities and Regulated Goods: Do not use Akalaverse to facilitate or promote illegal activities, including the trade of illegal drugs, firearms, or other regulated goods.

Akalaverse is a place for civil discourse. We do not tolerate harassment or the spread of hateful ideologies.

Bullying and Harassment: We remove content that targets private individuals to degrade, shame, or harass them. This includes sexual harassment, repeated unwanted messages, and doxxing (sharing private personal information).

Hate Speech: We do not allow content that attacks or incites hatred against individuals or groups based on protected characteristics such as race, ethnicity, national origin, religion, caste, sexual orientation, sex, gender, gender identity, serious disease, disability, or immigration status.

Sexual Exploitation and Harassment: We have a zero-tolerance policy for any content that sexually exploits or abuses minors or adults. This includes non-consensual intimate imagery (sometimes referred to as "revenge porn"), sharing sexual content of minors, and grooming behavior. We will report such content to the relevant authorities.

Trust is the foundation of our community. We require that you represent yourself and your content authentically.

Authentic Identity: Do not impersonate others, including other users, public figures, or brands, in a confusing or deceptive manner.

Spam and Scams: Do not use Akalaverse to spread spam, run misleading scams, or distribute content from fake accounts. This includes artificially amplifying content for financial gain.

Intellectual Property: Respect copyrights, trademarks, and other legal rights. Only upload content that you have created or have the right to share. Unauthorized screen recording or redistribution of user-generated premium content is a violation of these guidelines and our Terms of Service.

Akalaverse is home to a diverse global community. We allow a broad range of content, but we require that it be appropriate for a general audience.

Nudity and Sexual Content: We restrict sexually explicit content. We do not allow depictions of sexual intercourse or genitals. We do allow nudity in certain contexts such as artistic expression and health education, but we will mark such content as sensitive.

Graphic and Violent Content: To avoid shocking or traumatizing users, we do not allow gratuitous graphic violence, such as depictions of serious injury or death. We may allow such content in a documentary or news context with a warning screen.

Akalaverse allows creators to monetize their content through in-app purchases.

Premium Content: All content, including premium content available for one-time purchase via in-app currency, must adhere to these Community Guidelines. We do not allow the sale of content that violates these rules (e.g., sexually explicit, hateful, or violent premium content).

Transactions are Final: All sales of digital UGC are final unless required by local law. Please review the content description carefully before purchasing.

Fraud Prevention: Any attempt to defraud other users or the Akalaverse payment system will result in immediate account termination.

You are the heart of Akalaverse. You can help us maintain a safe community by using our in-app tools.

Report Content: If you see something that you believe violates our guidelines, please report it using the report feature. Our team reviews these reports.

Block Users: You can block any user to prevent them from interacting with you or viewing your content.
